Handmade Art Glass All art glass is hand cut and shaped using carbide and diamond-tipped tools. Claire and Tony achieve their stellar results by layering clear and colored glass. They also add coloring agents, minerals, and precious metals such as gold, silver, and copper. They employ molds to slump the glass into bowls and vases. The glass is then fired in a kiln at temperatures that range from 1100-1700 degrees. Many pieces take up to 19 hours of multiple firings to complete. All items are food safe and lead-free and made in the USA. Claire and Tony Metzler first encountered fused glass while on vacation in 1999. They were traveling through Big Sur CA and stopped at many shops featuring the works of local artists, and fell in love with the medium. They began by working with stained glass and soon realized that fused glass was their passion. They bought a kiln, a case of glass, and three "How To" books and were soon on their way! From creating glass tableware to dichroic glass jewelry to whimsical glass art, the pair have found what makes them creatively happy and satisfied. Ruby Glass Pentacle $25.00 This pentacle measures 5" in diameter overall while the pentacle at the center measures 3.5" (hanger is 4"). The ruby color is a deep, uniform red and the white pentacle really pops off the background. This piece comes with a suction cup for hanging on a window where the light coming through it will make this piece just shine!  Cobalt Pebble Triple Goddess $35.00 This is a very unusual piece. The symbol represents the Moon's phases where Full and New are in the center with the two crescent phases at the sides. It measures 5.5" wide X 3" high (6.5" from top of hanger) and has crystal beads on the hanger. The clear glass is a pebbled finish while the Triple Goddess is a smooth, deep, cobalt blue. When sunlight hits the pebbled area it sends rainbows around the room. Very beautiful!  Small Blue and Gold Pentacle $20.00 This beautiful little piece measures 3.25" in diameter with a hanger of 3.5". It comes with a suction cup for hanging in a window, where the blue glass will just light up when the sun hits it! Makes a nice statement in a sunny window.  Clear Earth Goddess $50.00 This Goddess disk measures 5" in diameter and hangs from a sturdy line that is 5.75" long and decorated with crystal beads. The base glass is mottled black/white/grey/brown/blue and the goddess image is a clear glass with a white spiral in her belly. This is a heavy piece and must be hung from a hook or curtain rod, not from a suction cup.  Blue Pebble Triple Goddess $50.00 This piece measures approximately 5" in diameter (it's not totally round) and hangs from a line that is 5.75" in length. The background is a sea-blue that has a pebbled finish to it with a darker blue Triple Goddess in the center. When sunlight hits the pebbling it will create an out-of-focus finish that is really quite remarkable. This disk is on the heavier side and must be hung from a hook or curtain rod, not a suction cup on a window.  Small Clear/Blue Pentacle $20.00 This disk measures 3.25" in diameter and is suspended from a line that measures 3.5". The pentacle is a blue/grey on a clear glass field and comes with a suction cup for hanging in a window. 
Blue Moon Goddess $50.00 Truly a most unique hanging! This disk measures 5" in diameter and hangs from a crystal-decorated line that is 5" long. The moon is a beautiful blue and the clear goddess is surrounded by iridescent stars that glow a fascinating blue when viewed at the correct angle.  Small Blue Goddess $25.00 This ornament measures 3.25" in diameter and hangs from a line that is 4.25" long. The base of the disk is blue/clear/green/purple and the goddess on top is blue with a silver spiral in her belly. Very interesting look for the right window!  White Earth Goddess $50.00 This 5" diameter disk features a white goddess with a silver spiral, set into an earth-toned base with brown/black/grey/blue/white mottled glass. It hangs from a line that is 4.75" long and decorated with clear crystal beads. A very different look from the Clear Earth Goddess featured above.  Small Clear/Brown Pentacle $20.00 This disk measures 3" in diameter and hangs from a line that measures 3.5". It comes with a suction cup for hanging in a window. The pentacle is crafted from an earthy-brown glass on a clear glass field.  Large Rose Goddess $50.00 This disk measures 5" in diameter and hangs from a 6.5" line. The goddess is a beautiful dark rose red with a white spiral, on a field that features blues, pinks, and white. This piece is too heavy for a suction cup and must be hung from a hook or curtain rod. Perfect for that red or pink lover in your life!  Black Iridescent Bowl $50.00 The exquisite bowl measures 6.5" in diameter and has a 1" lip. The goddess image is a metallic silver with iridescent colors behind in purples, browns, copper, and silver, all on a black background. A truly beautiful addition to an altar or just as a display piece.  Green Triquetra Bowl $50.00 This bowl measures 6.5" in diameter with a 1" lip. The triquetra is a beautiful green color on a clear glass field.
