Remedies for Cold and Flu Season

Let's avoid the drug store this season!  The natural way is the best way to help prevent a flu or cold.  Especially when you craft your own remedies.  Prevention, exercise, sleep, and diet are essentials to building a good immune system, but natural and herbal preparations can help shorten your symptoms and help you feel better sooner.  Learn remedies to help support your healing.  Find out what herbs are effective for this time of year.  There are simple and effective ways to make your own products.  Join herbalist Gloria Brown as she shows you how easy it is to practice winter wellness in your own home, and you'll go home after this class with samples and recipes.

This class is offered on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, 7.00-9.00pm.  Non-refundable tuition is $45 and a $15 materials fee is payable directly to the instructor (cash only, please).  Please dress appropriately as you will be handling oils and other materials.  You will be taking product home, and you will also receive a set of written instructions for every recipe.  Class size is limited to 6.

Gloria Brown received her training and certifications through Trinity College of Natural Health and the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy.  She gives workshops on natural medicinal remedies.  She is the creator of Ahh~Land Woman Herbals - www.ah-landwomanherbals.com - and has created her own line of hand-crafted herbal remedies and skin care products, available at SoulJourney.
