The Power of Essential Oils plus DIY handmade roll-ons with author Leah Guy
This 2-hour class will teach you the power of essential oils and the
benefits of aromatherapy to affect mood, passion, health, and even diet.
But in order to benefit from the oils for pleasure or therapeutic effect, you
have to know how to use them. Come and learn the difference between room
and wall diffusers, nebulizers, or burning oils in a steam versus how to use oil
blends on the body and for aromatherapy sniffing. And we'll do a lot
of sniff tests!
The first part of this class will be spent smelling and sampling a variety of
essential oils, tuning-in and learning to differentiate between oils.
Essential oils are one of nature's first medicines and are potent to treat
colds, emotions, viruses, skin conditions, digestion, and so much more. In
this class you will gain a general understanding of the base/middle/top notes of
the oils and how to blend them to make effective remedies that you can use on
your body or in your home for stress, love, and creativity. The last hour
of this class will be spent creating and DIY-ing aromatherapy roll-on that you
will take home. Bottles and oils are provided, just show up band take it
all in. A fun and interactive day that will change your view on
aromatherapy.

Leah Guy is an intuitive transpersonal healer, spiritual teacher,
