Sound Bath Experience
What is it? An experience where vibrational instruments are used to
create sounds that produce frequencies affecting mind and body in beneficial
ways. These instruments include Himalayan and crystal singing bowls,
chimes, gongs, Shruti box, and the human voice. Recipients sit comfortably
with eyes closed. Breathing techniques and sometimes chanting is done to
raise the vibration and provide more receptivity followed by the sound session.
Sound bath sessions can cleanse the mind and spirit. The healing
vibrations can help remove blockages, hurts, and situations that no longer serve
by placing the recipient in a meditative state. This can raise your
vibrations and boost your immunity.
James Angelico is a Usui/Holy Fire/Karuna Reiki master, a vegetarian/vegan chef
and a former restaurant owner, and a sound healer. Following a past life
regression he was encouraged to pursue the metaphysical healing arts and
specifically to learn and practice Reiki and sound healing. Both have
become a passion and a privilege for him to utilize and share.

Non-refundable tuition is $45. Class size is limited to 8
and we will practice all protocols pertaining to the pandemic.
