Metal Art Windchimes
These beautiful and very unique wind chimes are
handcrafted by a local artisan with vintage silver-plated flatware, pre-owned
jewelry, whimsies, brass findings, beads, and found objects that all feature a very different look.
Each makes a very distinct, pleasing sound when rustled by a breeze. Each
piece would occupy a place of honor on a porch or deck for yourself or as a
wonderful gift. You can be sure that there will never be another out there
just the same as these are all one-of-a-kind pieces and cannot be reproduced.
These windchimes are best kept in a protected area rather than exposed to full
weather.

Large Star Windchime $60.00
This chime has a large, bronzed star at the top, hanging from a goldtone chain
from which a large, clear crystal (see middle picture above) is suspended.
From the star hangs 7 strands of various reds, blues, and amber colored beads as
well as a bead of red jasper in the center, culminating in several brass items
including a bell, candle cups, and ornaments. From the clapper is
suspended a large Asian-inspired disc with a dragon image on it (image at right
above). Overall
length from the crystal to the disc is 35".
Tree of Life Cobalt Windchime $75.00
This brass and cobalt blue windchime measures 40" from the top of the
hanger. The clapper is a faery butterfly with cobalt wings (see far right
picture above). The candleholder is a gold branch which has a cobalt
candle cup nestled in it, surrounded by gold-colored chain (middle picture
above). The strands
contain brown, blue, gold, and clear beads, and there are brass utensils and cat
images surrounding the bell.
Sea Nymph Windchime $65.00
This ocean-inspired windchime measures 40" long and starts off with a nymph-like creature
holding a candle (middle picture above). From it is suspended various strands of cream, blue,
white, and off-white beads, as well as various-shaped crystals. Silver
utensils with coastal-shaped charms hang, and the clapper is a pineapple,
bringing to mind the ancient tradition of sea captains' wives affixing a
pineapple to their porch as a symbol that their husbands had returned from sea
and they were again accepting visitors.
Fire Windchime $65.00
This fire-inspired windchime measures 36" long from the hook to the
bottom of the wind pusher. It features gradated red, orange, and yellow
beads hanging from an inverted silver-plated chalice, which is decorated with
silver-toned beads and crystals. The clanger is a bell which is surrounded
by utensils (butter knife, teaspoon, and curved-tine forks). The bell
features a gradated-red capiz shell pendant.
Black Candle Holder Windchime
$75.00
This very intricate windchime's base is a black candelabra. It
measures 42" long and features a glass candleholder at the very top with an
inverted black metal candelabra underneath. From the various arms are
suspended strands of red, black, silver, and white beads with various
silver-toned tubes and silver-plated flatware suspended from the strands.
The windpusher is an intricately jeweled piece.
